BUG: "Stay in Checkout" Notification Not Disappearing

ISSUE: When you are in the shopping cart and try to go back to “View Cart” or “Edit Items”, you get a popup. If you click on “Stay in Checkout” on either of those options, you do stay on the checkout page, but the window with the question in it, never disappears.
